I absolutely loved my stay at Riu Palace Riviera Maya! The resort was stunning, immaculate, and the staff were genuinely friendly and attentive. I enjoyed lounging by the pool, and the food options were diverse, making it easy to satisfy my picky palate. However, I found the lack of entertainment options for non-Spanish speakers frustrating during inclement weather, which dampened my experience a bit.
