Hotel Riu Palace Riviera Maya, Playa del Carmen

I recently stayed at Riu Palace Riviera Maya, and while the resort had some nice aspects like cleanliness and friendly staff, I found the overall experience to be lacking. The entertainment options were pretty limited, especially after dinner, which left me feeling a bit bored. Although the activities during the day were enjoyable, I had hoped for a livelier nightlife and better dining options.

While I appreciated the beautiful pool areas and the friendly staff, the overall service and management responses when issues arose left much to be desired.
